We ♥ Cheese.

Cheese is our first love here at Longman’s, having been involved in it for over 200 years it’s hard for it not to be.

We have our own range of delicious cheddar’s, a mild cheddar called Youngman, a classic mature called Matureman, one with more punch called Strongman, and for the full flavour experience we have the XXX (Vintage).

We are proud to be one of only a few businesses to be fully certified by the soil association to produce, cut and pack our own range and other dairy’s organic cheeses.

Over recent years the British cheese sector has exploded with a wealth of amazing producers giving the traditionally know experts in France a run for their money.

We love supporting local producers as much as possible and being located in beautiful Somerset we are surrounded by some of the best in the country.

Due to our extensive delivery network we are also able to easily source cheeses from all over the British Isles, and there are some real stunners out there.

We don’t stop there though, we wouldn’t be a cheese seller if we couldn’t offer you some of the world’s greatest such as French Brie, or Italian Parmesan in fact we stock thousands of cheese from around Europe and our cheese rooms are like a turophiles dream.
